2004 White Petals

Tasting Note: Sweet flower aromas, smooth with fruit-flavored flavor and soft acidity, crisp and refreshing with a clean finish. Serve well chilled on its own or with light chicken dishes and spicy cuisine.

Vintage Note: The good weather conditions in spring, followed by moderate temperatures in summer, enabled the vines to have long growth and ripening periods. This had a positive effect on the mineral character of the wines. In October, fairly dry weather enabled the grapes to be pressed at the perfect ripeness. Harvest began October 20^th and was finished by November 5^th. The 2004 Petals shows a distinctive varietal character of good fruit and excellent freshness.
