2006 Gewurtztraminer

Tasting Note: Floral notes fill this bright, fragrant wine. Lychees and Meyer lemons complement each other on the palate. This dry wine finishes with light honey and clove spice.

Vintage Note: Beautiful warm weather in late Spring into early Summer resulted in early bud break and good fruit development. The extremely hot weather in July was quenched by a cool and rainy August. Picturesque weather in September lasting until the end of harvest in October allowed the grapes to develop concentrated flavors with excellent acidity. Harvest began on October 4th and ended October 21st.
