Tasting Note: Moderately light bodied and fully reminiscent of biting into a crisp granny smith apple. The lively acidity makes for a perfect pairing with seasonal cheeses, shellfish or light meats.
Vintage Note: Due to the earliest blooming in history and a perfect summer, grapes were harvested at ideal ripeness level. The quality of the 2007 vintage is considered to be outstanding.
