Oregon - In February 2008, Precept Wine established a new partnership in Oregon with Red Door Cellars from the Willamette Valley. This joint venture with the McClaskey and Rouse families allows Precept to add Oregon Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris to its portfolio, focusing on sales and marketing for the popular brand. McClaskey's Wine Distributor started in 1975 and today, the family owned and operated business distributes a complete line of fine wines from all over the world throughout the state of Oregon. Australia - The Davey Family - Andrew Browne, owner of Precept Wine, set out for Australia's McLaren Vale to find a partner in winemaking. When he met the Davey Family in 2002, he established not only a mutually beneficial partnership, but also a lifelong friendship.
