Moselland Winemaker, Mathias Krämer and his team of winegrowers provide the foundation for the high quality we expect in our German wines by controlling the process from vineyard to bottle. From the start of the growing season through to harvest, every step in the vineyard is discussed between grower and winemaker which guarantees that healthy, fully ripe grapes are delivered to the winemakers' hands in the autumn. Careful handling and temperature-controlled fermentation in the cellar ensures that a wealth of fruit aromas are allowed to develop in the wines.
